Courtesy of the Government of Japan, 9 Pelkhil students will attend a forum on Recycling Oriented Societies for high school students in Japan. They will be in Japan for 10 days from 23rd November. They will be accompanied by Sir Lakey Wangchuk.

- Nov. 23 (Wednesday)–Arrival at Narita Airport
- 24 (Thursday) – Orientation; Lecture (on efforts to address energy problems); Central Breakwater Landfill Site (including wind power generation plant) (Group A)/ Panasonic Center (Group B); Tour of Tokyo (Odaiba, etc.)
- 25 (Friday) – Panasonic Center (Group A)/ Central Breakwater Landfill Site (including wind power generation plant) (Group B); Visit to high school
- 26 (Saturday) – Home-stay introductions; Home stay
- 27 (Sunday) – Home-stay closing ceremony; Transfer to Kyoto
- 28 (Monday) – Sightseeing in Kyoto (Kinkakuji, Kiyomizudera); Kyocera; Transfer to Hiroshima
- 29 (Tuesday) – Miyajima (Itsukushima Shrine); Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum; Talk with atomic bomb victims
- 30 (Wednesday) – Transfer to Tokyo; Shibaura Water Reclamation Center
- Dec. 1 (Thursday) – Japan-SAARC High School Students Forum; Farewell Party
- 2 (Friday) – Departure from Narita Airport
