15 March 2013 Sport is an important aspect of wholesome education, which must go beyond just academics. At Pelkhil School considerable effort is made to promote all kinds of sports among the students.
This year the first sport event in the school calendar was basketball, and the inter-house competition began on 11thMarch 2013.
All the games were coordinated and supervised by the sports coordinator Mr. Khandu.
The final match was played on 15th march between Singye House and Chhung House for boys and Singye House and Taag House for the girls.
Singye House emerged as winners in both boys’ and girls’ categories.
Chhung House boys and Taag House girls were 1st runners up.
