MESSAGE TO THE CHILDREN OF JAPAN

This was a message sent by the students of class V at  Pelkhil School to the children of Japan on  11 May 2012:

Our dear brothers and sisters in Japan,

Here in Bhutan, the students of class five, studying in Pelkhil School, would like to say a few words.

Japan is our friend. We love the Japanese people. We are sad to hear of the suffering of the Japanese people made by the big earthquake and Tsunami last year. We wish our Japanese friends to know that you have our love and friendship. We know the Japanese people are strong and will rebuild their beautiful nation. We pray that no more harm will come to the people. Our hearts and love are with you all the way.

Quote from Lord Buddha:

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future. Concentrate the mind on the present moment.

Tashi Delek!
