1 March 2013 Two sections of Pelkhil’s first batch of pre-primary students formally joined the school today. We would like to extend a very hearty welcome to our forty odd tots!
The initial plan to open just 1 section had to be scrapped due to parental pressure. The day began at 9am and ended at 11am for the first day. Most parents hung around the campus throughout the first day.
We have assigned 4 experienced teachers for the two sections and also built a special toilet away from the existing toilets along with play areas and an outdoor playground. It is our hope that as the year progresses our parents will see the quality of our programs and help make it stronger.
Due to the last minute arrival of the equipment for the playground, the installation is only just being completed and the entire area will be safely enclosed by a 10′ fence.
